My apartment buidling is annoying me...

My upstairs neighbor is being noisy again today... not the "drumming" noise that she used to do (& I still have no clue what exactly the noise was)... no, it's her loud tv today. That, & I can still hear EVERY SINGLE STEP she takes.
The worst thing about my building, though, is the smell of cigarette smoke that occasionally wafts through my door. It's so disgusting! I was definitely wrong in assuming that this was a non-smoking building -- apparently, it's just certain apartments -- but it doesn't make it any more comfortable around here.
And the last annoyance may not be specific to my apartment building, but the mail service here sucks. Never again will I ask the USPS to hold my mail when I'm out of town -- they took 2 weeks to get my mail back to me AFTER it should have been delivered, & so I ended up paying 2 bills late. Thanks for nothing.
I can't wait till my lease is up... unfortunately, I'll be waiting until August. I just need to get away from this "dorm style" living & just find a house or something with neighbors across the street rather than across the hall or in my ceiling.
Ugh...
