Experience
Research, Albion College Dept. of Psychology, FURSCA, Albion College (5/2003-12/2003)
Research responsibilities included the care of 12 lab rats, construction of lab apparatus (e.g., runway), and
daily running of experiments. Additional research included a search of the literature on our topic (experimental neurosis,
conditioning, predictability, etc.).
Lifeguard and Attendant, Dean Aquatic Center, Albion College (8/2000-present)
Life-guarding responsibilities included
pool and deck surveillance, facility cleanliness, administering first aid, and public relations. Attending responsibilities
included public relations and assisting on duty lifeguard.
Lifeguard, Three Rivers Apartments (7/2001-8/2001)
Life-guarding responsibilities included pool and deck surveillance,
facility cleanliness, administering first aid, and public relations.
Factory Associate, Staffmark (5/2001-8/2001)
Responsibilities included performing molding, assembly, and packaging duties
according to specifications.
Lifeguard and Beach Captain, Chain O' Lakes State Park (5/1998-9/2000)
Responsibilities included beach and water surveillance,
administering first-aid, beach and bathhouse maintenance and cleanliness, collecting weekly water samples, completing reports,
public relations, and supervising fellow employees.
